Nussbaum

Speaker

For Marco Nussbaum there are two things, which can’t be separated: tradition and innovation. He is composed of expertise, creativity and a firm opinion and authenticity. For him success means teamwork. He believes the employees are the engine of the company. “It is remarkable what you can achieve, if it doesn’t matter who receives the credit. In other words, many companies would be better off if the employees had better control of their egos.“ Critically, and therefore not always comfortably, he gives lectures on the challenges of today and exemplifies practical business strategies about many different topics including: branding, customer orientation, service quality, employee motivation and corporate and team development.
